Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before service begins.
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property at the scheduled service time. If our technician is unable to access the property or complete the scheduled work, rescheduling may be necessary and additional fees may apply.
Payment terms will be provided at the time of your quote or service agreement. Recurring service plans are billed on the schedule agreed to at signup unless otherwise cancelled by either party with reasonable notice.
While we're committed to doing every job right, pest control and lawn care outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control — weather, adjacent properties, pre-existing conditions, and more. Any specific guarantees or re-treatment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
You may cancel a scheduled appointment or recurring service plan by contacting us. We appreciate advance notice so we can adjust our scheduling accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida's Best Lawn & Pest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
