Bed Bugs

Bed bugs are small, reddish-brown insects that feed on blood, usually at night while you sleep. They're excellent hitchhikers — traveling in luggage, furniture, and clothing — which is how they end up in homes and businesses that are otherwise clean.

Because they hide in mattress seams, box springs, headboards, and baseboards during the day, bed bug infestations are often well established before they're noticed.

Signs You May Have Bed Bugs

  • Small reddish or rust-colored stains on sheets and mattresses
  • Tiny dark spots (droppings) along mattress seams or baseboards
  • Clusters of itchy, red bite marks on skin, often in a line
  • A musty, sweet odor in heavily infested rooms

Our Treatment Approach

We inspect all likely hiding spots — mattresses, furniture seams, baseboards, and electrical outlets — before recommending a treatment plan. Because bed bugs are resilient and their eggs can survive typical spot-treatments, we focus on thorough, targeted application and follow-up visits to confirm the infestation is fully eliminated.
